Hi there! I am so thankful to have been able to coach for over 10 seasons and direct this club for the last four years. I have had the privilege or working with all ages from 7 years old up to 40 year olds and all skill levels - Beginner to College athletes. 

My experience both playing and coaching has allowed me to specialize in every position except Libero/DS and I really enjoy working with Hitters/Blockers and Setters.

My desire for each and every athlete that participates in our program is that they know that they matter as more than just an athlete and that we help them develop in their character, not just in their volleyball skills. 

I'm Cassie Johnson, and I'm originally from Nashville, TN. I have over 20 years of volleyball experience through school ball, club in college, and continuing to play in adult leagues and tournaments. I've been coaching since 2020 and enjoy helping athletes become the best versions of themselves, both on and off the court. One of my favorite reminders to give our players is to start strong, stay strong.

For Coach Sloan, volleyball has never been just a sport — it’s a way to shape people. He loves coaching because it gives him the chance to build confidence, character, and resilience in young athletes. His Circle Philosophy™ guides everything he does, teaching the complete athlete by connecting the moral, mental, social, and physical domains with the pillars of vision, belief, connection, and discipline. He blends technical training with mental toughness, discipline, and passion so athletes learn not only how to perform, but who they are as competitors and teammates. Coach Sloan is excited to bring his national‑level experience, training systems, and championship culture to Hustle Factory. What drives him most is the athlete journey — watching kids come in with raw potential and grow year after year into confident, skilled, disciplined competitors. He believes that every athlete’s path matters, and that development isn’t just about wins and losses, but about learning who you are, how you work, and what you’re capable of becoming. A big part of that journey, in his eyes, is family. Coach Sloan knows that athletes thrive when their families feel connected, supported, and involved. He values the partnership between coaches and parents, and he works to create an environment where families understand the process, celebrate the growth, and feel like they’re part of something bigger. When families buy in, athletes flourish — and teams become stronger from the inside out. He looks forward to building a true developmental pipeline at Hustle Factory, elevating athletes to the highest levels of competition, and creating a program that becomes one of the strongest in Tennessee and the Southeast. Hi everyone! I’m Kala Sloan. I recently moved to Tennessee from South Florida with my family, and I’m so excited to become part of this amazing volleyball community. Volleyball has been a huge part of my life for many years, and I can’t wait to meet new people, build relationships, and share my love for the game here in Tennessee!

I love volleyball because it’s fast, fun, and you get to build the most amazing friendships, but more than that, it has taught me so much about life. Some of my greatest lessons didn’t come from winning matches; they came from learning how to be a good teammate, push through challenges, handle disappointment, and keep showing up even when things were tough. Volleyball has helped shape who I am, not just as an athlete, but as a person, and that’s why it will always be my greatest passion. 

I’m excited to become part of HF Volleyball, a passionate volleyball community that shares a love for the game and a desire to help it grow. I also look forward to building connections throughout the HF community and giving back by sharing the sport that has meant so much to me.

Hey there, my name is Madeline Peeler and I am a born and raised Nashville native! 

I played all 4 years of highschool and 4 years of travel and still play in multiple adult co-ed rec leagues. I rotate between outside and right side/setter. I’ve always loved volleyball as it’s brought me some of my best friends and I would love to foster that kind of relationship building for our players each season! 

This is my first year coaching but I hope that I can relay and instill in others half of what my coaches taught me. I still keep up with those coaches and am excited that I’m now getting to switch roles and be that person for others. 

Serving and setting have always been strong suits of mine, which I think are such crucial and sometimes underrated parts of the game. So I’m looking forward to teaching the little tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way to my team! 

Howdy, my name is Napoleon Larry. I am a combat Veteran from St. Louis/Kansas City, Missouri. My daughter and I relocated to Spring Hill, TN two years ago for a job promotion. I have played volleyball many many years ago in school and have many years of coaching experience in different sports including volleyball. I am grateful to be joining the amazing team at Hustle Factory and look forward to guiding our athletes. 

Hello, I am coach Emily and I am from Murfreesboro, TN. 

When joining HFVC, I had very little experience in volleyball but have sports experience from growing up playing soccer. This is my 2nd season coaching and I enjoy it so much!

What I love most is being a positive influence in people’s lives especially young athletes. My coaches were people who have changed my lie and helped me to become who I am today!

At this moment I love coaching all ages. Currently I assist for our 16/17u team. I tend to gravitate more towards working with Liberos and DS because of my size but would love to continue building my knowledge of setting and work with them.

Hi! My name is Brylee and I am from Spring Hill/Columbia, TN but currently residing in Franklin, TN. I have always played sports growing up and in middle school decided to start volleyball. It quickly became my passion all the way through high school. I also did 4 years of club volleyball which was my favorite level of play. I got the chance to coach a club team roughly 2 years ago and loved being able to help the girls any way I could, whether it be about volleyball or life outside of the sport! Im looking forward to continuing that aspect with the girls at HF and growing my coaching skills. I was always positioned as a middle so I would have to say I love teaching hitting skills but I am also very big on teaching players to succeed all around!!

My name is Bella Sebastian! I just recently moved back to Tennessee from Cincinnati, Ohio. I’ve played volleyball for five and a half years and coached a club team for two years. I can’t wait for the upcoming season to meet all the girls/families and meet all the other coaches at this club! I love working with hitting lines and footwork and also working with liberos on their passing techniques/skills. 

Hello! I’m Leslie Fawcett. I was born and raised in Louisville, KY and moved to Nashville in 1988 after I graduated from Western Kentucky University. I have lived in Thompsons Station since 2001. I have been playing volleyball since 1983. I tried it as a senior in High School, barely making the team. I fell in love with the sport the following spring when I started playing pick-up sand volleyball. I have been playing ever since, 6s, 4s, 2s, indoor, sand, grass! I’ve played a lot of volleyball and I’ve watched a lot of volleyball both as a spectator and a parent when my kids were playing. This will be my first experience coaching. I’m excited to learn this aspect of the sport. I love this sport so much and want to bring that passion to the next generation. I want everybody to be playing volleyball when they’re my age😉

Hi! My name is Rhealyn and I’m originally from Seattle Washington but now I live in Murfreesboro Tennessee. I’m a student at Motlow State Community College and I’m majoring in elementary education.

I started playing volleyball in 7th grade, continued playing in high school, and I still play in adult leagues! I coached at another club last year, and this is my first year coaching with HF!

I’m excited to meet new coaches, players, and parents and build strong relationships within the HF Volleyball Club community. I can’t wait to keep learning more about the game every day, grow in my coaching experience, and help encourage players both on and off the court!

Some of my favorite things to teach are serving, and float serves are my personal specialty! I also like working on back row defense I played libero and defensive specialist during my school seasons! 

I’m looking forward to being part of HF’s positive environment where everyone can improve, compete, and enjoy the sport together.

Hi there! My name is  Ashley Henry and I’m from Mt. Pleasant, TN. 

I played 4 years  at MMC ( UTS now ) and this is my 2nd year being a head coach at Mt. Pleasant High-school. I absolutely love coaching about how your energy and mindset play into your abilities. Out of all the skills in Volleyball, Passing is my favorite to teach to athletes.
